Camela. 30th anniversary tour

Camela, the iconic and leading exponent of techno-rumba, is celebrating three decades on the boards. This unique and unrepeatable band that is constantly reinventing itself, has an unmistakable style all of its own: little wonder they have sold more than seven million albums, and counting.

Camela had a dream 30 years ago: they wanted to sing and they did just that, first as a trio and for years now as a duo. Ángeles and Dioni, Camela, with a track record of three decades to look back on and more than seven million albums sold, are still expressing the genius and creativity that have made them a unique and unrepeatable band that is constantly reinventing itself, with an unmistakable style all of their own.

They’re now coming to the Veranos de la Villa Festival to celebrate their thirtieth anniversary with songs such as Tears of Love (Lágrimas de amor), Unattainable Dreams (Sueños inalcanzables), Olé, When Love Sets Sail (Cuando zarpa el amor), Tell Him about Me (Háblale de mí), The Season of Love (La estación del querer) or Paper Words (Palabras de papel), most of which have that rumba-pop and electronic beat that the duo is known for. But really, they’re no longer just the names of Camela songs, they’re veritable hymns that transcend all generational barriers.
