COMERSE EL VERANO

Following its success at last year’s edition, Eating up the Summer (Comerse el verano) will return this year, organised in collaboration with the Spanish Federation of Chefs and Confectioners (FACYRE). Once again, we have invited cooks and confectioners from the capital ––ranging from Michelin-starred chefs to a new generation of culinary artists–– to create one recipe for each of the programme's activities in an endeavour closely tied to the other arts featured at the festival, because summer, and this festival, are also meant to be savoured!
